All is well. Here a few things we can do right now.

Upon surface level, there has been an event that has affected basically the entirety of the world's population.


We may all ponder on our independent views on this wave of events; that have swept us away with no anticipation of its true repercussions... of course this is beneficial to relying on our own thought processes; however what it has undeniably done is finally got us all thinking about the same major worldly event, at the same time, and I cannot recall such a moment where this has occurred to this extent during my life as well as most of my peers - and that is why this pandemic has been so significant to inner growth.

We are finally becoming aware of the effect that we have on each other physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Because of this we are currently experiencing a shift in the mass consciousness. We are beginning to experience and recognise each other. We are beginning to realise so many things about the nature of reality. That's what this event has done on a grand scale.


Most of us have taken to retreat in the place we call home and during this time we are called to consider our relationship dynamics, as we are now spending more time in the shared space together or either, more time apart from others that are not in our household contact.

As most places of gatherings including areas of worship have been closed, we have been encouraged to find a place of emanince within ourselves.

A place of inner contemplation. A place of solitude, and a search for comfort in our own company. Plenty emotions have risen in many of us as a result of this covid situation… from states of anxiety, depression, fear, anger & worry to relief, gratitude, peace & acceptance - as well as the actual time to give attention to the things we feel worthy. We are being appointed to face the shadow and take a look at things from a new perspective which is causing us to transcend outdated patterns. Everything that is not intrinsically us - is being stripped away including these trialing emotional & mental aspects.

That is what awakening is about - shedding everything that is not true to our soul and because so many of us are experiencing this together as one - we therefore have The Great Awakening. I’ll try not to get too deep here but essentially the difficulties that we are experiencing right now are the beliefs we need to acknowledge and transform. This unfortunate epidemic does have a silver lining.

Most of us are all at home doing what we can to get through this, it is the perfect chance to assess the present moment and welcome any opportunity.

The outbreak has made me realise how dependant we are on major companies for a lot of things and maybe it’s also a time to consider ways to free ourselves from this too and be more self sufficient.

Social media has given a good example to display what some have been up to - but I’ve recently noticed a difference at least in some of the people that I follow. I see a lot of us are actually at home and being practical and creative. I’ve seen people working out at home, spring cleaning, mastering the art of cooking etc ! To be frank, it’s refreshing.


In this event, public affairs have been cancelled but self-care, self-improvement & re-evaluation of our goals have not been cancelled. The option to get our shit together is there.


Anyway as promised, here are a list of things you could do at home during this time:



  • Exercise/workout from home 💪🏽

  • Declutter / Clean / Rearrange / Decorate home 🧺

  • Gardening 🌿

  • Spending time outside your house (balcony, backyard, front-yard) ☀️

  • Spending time with pets &/or loved ones at home 🐶💙

  • Creative projects like, drawing, colouring in & painting 👨🏽‍🎨

  • If you’re a musician refine your skills - or simply listen to some good music 🎶😌

  • Yoga / Dance / Meditate / Prayer 🧘🏽‍♀️

  • Gamers? You can finally get a chance to level up and get those W’s. 🎮

  • Read a book 📖

  • Complete a puzzle or play a game 🎲

  • Face-time family &/or friends 🤳🏽

  • Cook / Bake 👩🏽‍🍳

  • Dare I say… make TikTok Videos? Haha 🕺🏽

  • Journal / write in diary 📝

  • Self-Care / Pamper 💁🏼‍♀️

  • Rest / Allow yourself to catch up on sleep 😴

  • Laying on the Earth and grounding yourself and your energy ⚡️


Do whatever you feel is good for you. This can look like any of these things and so much more! Set your intentions and see what happens. Let us uplift each other!

During this time know that you are supported from the heavens & feel yourself thrive and beautifully unfold during this time and remember that everything passes, and this shall too.
